Deciding the best benefit not just relate to how big amount your THP is, turned out that those many intangible items should be counted too.

what time the office hour is. 7.30 to 4 is good. 8-5 is acceptable. But 9-6 is big no for me especially the one who is commuting for 1.5 hours
How close your title to the top level or how complicated the organization structure is. I forget that your pay must be suitable with your responsibility and comparable with how your current pay vs responsibility is. If your current position is BOD-4, then the proposal come with BOD-2 position, than please recheck whether is the good paid.
How thorough the health support is. Whether there is only 1 issurance or there is any other additional cost supported by the company.
Whether your position is finding the replacement or the new headcount. If it is a new headcount, then we have to recheck: our team, the scope of work, and the person we report. The closer to top level, the more complicated with managerial thing it would be.
At the end, increment of >30% can only happen if you dont give your slip.
