This night, i met my friends to hold a weekly report and shared about the problems we were facing. We as a team,  try to maintain the harmony of the team by sharing and trying to help solving the others' problems.

So now was my turn.

I am a type of people (like what i said thousand times before)  who can easily forgive people,  not so easy to have an anger, and decide to end a problem with the safest way i could find.

But,  i found out that i cant do those things as a leader. As a leader i have to ensure all the people before me can solve the things by theirselves.  Because the goals r not just about making sure all of the stuffs are done, but also about making sure that in the future they could do the stuff by theirownselves.

"ya kan aku ibunya, masak aku biarin tugas dia g beres?"

"kalau besok anak kamu g mau masuk sekolah, masak iya kamu yang akan gantiin dia masuk sekolah? kalau  besok anak kamu bermasalah sama temennya, masak iya kamu yang selesaiin masalah dia sama temennya? Orang tua bakal kasih anaknya nasihat, memperluas pandangan anaknyaa, dan biarkan anaknya berfikir menentukan sendiri, walaupun ga menutup kemungkinan disaat paling kritis mereka akan take over.
